Data Deletion Instructions

COCOCHOCO Asia respects your privacy. If you have contacted us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or a Meta lead form, we may store your name, phone number, form answers, and the messages you sent us, only to respond to you and to manage your registration for our events.

To request deletion of your data:
1. Send an email to info@cocochoco.asia with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account saying "Delete my data".
2. Please include the name and phone number or Facebook/Instagram name you used to contact us.

We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by reply once it is done.
