What is COCOCHOCO?

COCOCHOCO is a professional hair-care brand offering salon treatments, shampoos, conditioners, masks, serums, and aftercare products designed to smooth, nourish, protect, and improve hair manageability.

ONYX Mineral Complex is a professional salon smoothing and straightening treatment formulated to reduce frizz, improve shine, and make the hair easier to manage.

Our retail aftercare products can be used at home. Professional treatments, including ONYX Mineral Complex, should only be applied by trained hair professionals.

Results may last approximately 4–6 months, depending on the hair type, application technique, washing frequency, and aftercare routine.

They may be suitable for coloured or chemically treated hair, but the stylist must first assess the hair’s condition, elasticity, and damage level.

For longer-lasting results, use a sulphate-free shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and serum recommended for chemically treated hair.

Most customers can use a hair mask one or two times per week, depending on the hair’s dryness and condition.

Orders & Payments

Products can be ordered through the official COCOCHOCO Asia website and authorised online sales channels. Selected professional products may only be available to salons or registered partners.

After completing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email or through the contact information provided during checkout.

Please contact our customer-support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been packed or shipped may not be changed or cancelled.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include bank transfer, QR payment, credit or debit card, and other supported payment services.

The final price, including any applicable VAT or charges, will be displayed during checkout or on your official invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Bangkok normally takes approximately 1–2 business days. Delivery to other provinces usually takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent by email, SMS, or your selected contact channel.

Please record a complete unpacking video before opening the parcel. Contact us immediately with the video, order number, and photos of the damaged product.

Contact our customer-support team with your order number and unpacking video. After verification, the correct item will be arranged according to our return and replacement policy.

International shipping availability depends on the destination, product regulations, and courier service. Please contact us before ordering for delivery outside Thailand.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only when the product arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or qualifies under our published return policy.

The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged or leaking.

Yes. A continuous unpacking video is required as evidence for claims involving damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot normally be returned unless a verified product defect applies.

Salon Support & Partnership

Contact the COCOCHOCO Asia team and provide your salon name, location, contact details, and business information. Our team will explain the training, product-order, and partnership requirements.

Approved salon partners may receive professional pricing, product education, technical support, promotional materials, training opportunities, and access to selected professional products.

Yes. COCOCHOCO Academy provides professional product education, treatment demonstrations, hands-on courses, and selected certification programmes.

Some programmes are designed for experienced stylists, while beginner courses may also be available for people starting a career in professional hair care.

A certificate may be provided after completing the applicable course and training requirements.

Yes. Our salon-support team can recommend suitable professional treatments and aftercare products based on your services, customer profiles, and business needs.

Please provide your name, telephone number, order number, product name, and a clear description of your question or issue. Photos or videos may be required for product or delivery claims.
