2. What data we collect
When you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, or submit a Meta lead form, we may receive:
- your name and the public profile name and ID provided by Meta;
- the messages, photos and other content you send us;
- the answers you give in our lead forms, such as your name, phone number, salon name, role and area.

3. How we use your data
We use this data only to:
- reply to your messages and answer your questions as a customer or salon professional; and
- coordinate your registration for our events, such as our Open House and Academy sessions, including confirmations and reminders.
We do not use this data for any other purpose and we do not sell it.

4. How the data is processed and shared
Messages are received and answered through the Meta Messenger and Instagram messaging platforms using our Cocochoco Inbox application. Registration details may be stored in our internal customer management system. We share data only with service providers that help us operate these systems, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete it earlier if you ask us to.

6. Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@cocochoco.asia or messaging our Facebook Page or Instagram account.
